If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, no reason required. This applies to the first payment of a plan and to yearly renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Request one at paddle.net using the email address of your order, or email info@geowatt.ai and we will initiate it.

Cancellation

Independently of this you can cancel any plan at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, under “Manage subscription” in the settings.
